Star-Chef Academy is a culinary cooking camp designed and taught by professional chefs and aims to introduce children to the joys of cooking. Our multidisciplinary curriculum is founded on the principle that cooking should be fun, enriching and a valuable life skill. Guided by our instructors, students undergo a 5-day journey learning culinary traditions, the theory of kitchen best practices, ingredient selection, entrée, snack and dessert preparation. We incept budding young ‘commis chefs’ with the lifelong skills of food preparation and appreciation.



Fronted by Emmanuel Stroobant, Chef-Owner of Two Michelin-starred restaurant Saint Pierre, Star-Chef Academy is run by a team of professional instructors.
