We regret that there is no reimbursement in the event that your child forgets to collect his/her lunch. Should your child be ill, cancellation of pre-ordered meals can be made prior to 0600 on the day itself.

Fret not! In support of the “No Child Goes Hungry” Policy, students will be able to get a credit note (worth $8.50) which they may use to purchase their meals over-the-counter. Parents will be required to make payment within 2 days to repay the balance. This is only applicable in Phase 2 when on-site canteen is in operation.

Parents are required to pre-order for students from Nursery to Year 5. For Year 6 onwards, we encourage parents or students to pre-order to guarantee choice of meal.

Parents can top up the e-wallet via PayNow (immediate) or Bank Transfer (3 working days). There will be a 1% merchant fee for PayNow transactions imposed by the payment system provider

After the transaction is completed and if the value is not reflected in the e-wallet, do contact us via email at perse@myceliumcatering.com.

In the event of a scheduled field trip and parents have pre-ordered their child’s meal in advance, they may opt to cancel the meal latest before 0600 on the day of the meal.

As part of our ’No Child Goes Hungry’ Policy, we will issue a purchased meal credit slip (worth $8.50), which the student may spend on a snack or main course only. The issuance of the purchased meal credit form will be limited to a maximum of 2 times per student ID until the outstanding amount is cleared.
