Catering Service Request Form

To register your interest in the catering service, please complete the following form.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Parents create a family account to log in to the LevelFive Ordering System.
From Nursery to Year 4, students are required to have pre-ordered snacks and lunches.
For students from Year 5 to Year 13, they have the option to either pre-order online or use their EZ link card to purchase food.
A minimal balance must always be maintained on card/account to avoid students being denied purchases due to a lack of funds.
You may view your child’s card balance online via your account.
Top-up can be done online.
A replacement card is chargeable at $10.
